"Loved this hotel "

"We've stayed at this resort many times as it is halfway between our winter home and our summer home. We love the golf and it's a great, well integrated place to stay. Unfortunately, for this stay, our room did not get any service for a two-night stay. (Getting into an unmade bed and not having refreshed towels felt odd.). Otherwise, staff were helpful and friendly. This hotel rarely disappoints, but this time did not meet our expectations."

"My weekend stay at this Hyatt Place property was disappointing. I signed up for a king room days earlier and was notified hours before check in that no kings were available and they would have to put me in a room with two doubles. I wasn't thrilled with that since I'm only one person. I didn't want to take up a room with two beds. Most places the king room would be more. I don't recall the pricing here, but I asked if there would be a small discount. So far I haven't seen anything on my account,...

"The Proximity was an amazing hotel. The staff were super friendly. The atmosphere was very nice. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again."

"When you check in prepare to devote at least an hour to that process due to incompetence of the staff. ALSO, WHEN THEY TAKE YOUR "DEPOSIT" PREPARE FOR THAT CHARGE TO STAY AGAINST YOUR ACCOUNT FOR 5 BUSINESS DAYS. So don't count the weekend. "Why does this hotel not allow smoking but allows pot being smoked in the rooms? A charge for cleaning if you smoke unless it’s pot?? I have kids that have been exposed to this disgusting behavior. Get it together! "
