"Place was very clean, room was luxurious with plenty of space, I felt like I hit a jackpot. Unfortunately, there was a limit on nearby restaurants, but that's not the hotel's fault. When I turned on the tv, it couldn't provide me with any channel info so that didn't help me figure out what to watch, but as I had my laptop and tablet, that didn't matter"

"Because of the blizzard in the north east, our original flight was cancelled. This flight to Richmond was the earliest flight we could find after the storm. The flight landed at midnight. So we couldn’t get the hotel transportation. It stops at midnight. We were exhausted. Navid at the front desk was so nice and check in was so easy. Our connecting flight was early next day would have to check out by 6am. Navid said breakfast usually is 6:30am but he would let the staff know to open breakfast...
