"We only stayed for one night, but it was a great experience. The location was perfect for our needs, and having plenty of parking on-site made things very easy. Our room was standard, comfortable, and clean. The highlight was definitely the breakfast—a really lovely full English! Would happily stay again."

"The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. "The main problem was that the hotel was described as pet friendly. It was not. Although we paid £20 per night for our dog no facilities were provided and we were excluded from all of the hotel and had to take breakfast separately so that the dog was not left alone in our room. Most dog friendly hotels allow them in the bar and provide some items for them. The other issue was the heat with no airconditioning and few windows. "Need air con in the rooms. Staff were so helpful & accommodating. Pillows are not good. I feel use of pool & sauna would be better as included in night stay as I didn’t want to pay £15 each for a quick dip & sauna. These are the only negative points. Everything else was amazing"

"Our room was beamed and the superking sized bed was comfortable. There was a very thick duvet - a bit too hot for the weather - but an excellent fan was already in the room. Evening meal was good and a nice atmosphere in the bar and dining area. The waiter Connor was very attentive. Gluten free options are available but double check when ordering just to be sure!! Breakfast was self serve in a rustic kitchen . No GF options . All in all , a good one night stopover and a good price. Would go ...

"Nice big room. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Had our little dog with us and although a LOT of dog rules, she was allowed in most places. We only had continental breakfast which wss adequate. Full breakfast looked generous. We ate one night at the restaurant which was good. Sadly the view not idea with temporary kitchens that look lile they will be there a while."

"Awful ! Derelict property in need of total revamp. No bar no restaurants no amenities to speak of! Grudgingly stayed one night cancelled the rest of my stay and moved elsewhere. Avoid!"

"Room was really clean. Parking was easy. Breakfast wasn’t great , bacon was just about cooked. We had to wait over 10 mins for them to bring out more breakfast items for a full English."
