"When I visited there had been a water leak on the 3rd floor where my room was. This resulted in the baseboards being removed and the wallpaper being partially peeled up from the bottom. This also resulted in a slight smell, and the ice and vending machines on that floor were removed (seems like maybe the ice machine caused the water leak?). "They tried to charge for the parking but the lady was very kind and got the charge waived. Thank you. There is no all day coffee tea facilities or water. I think they should reconsider that. "The staff at the hotel could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They were able to provide a shuttle to the venue of a concert that we came to see, only to find out there had been a terrible tragic accident and the concert was canceled. Thankfully we were still in the shuttle van when we found out.
The decorated our room door with balloons and a birthday banner as it was my birthday. They also gave me a lovely card signed by all staff on that day, and an extra goody bag.
