"I've traveled all over the world and this is one of the best hotels I've spent time in. Kamlesh Tewari helped my wife and I with all the restaurants. The breakfast staff stood out every day and was excellent. We stayed in room 333 and Prakash always made sure our room was perfect and he was extremely welcoming. Truly everyone was so welcoming and kind. Congratulations to the management team for putting together such a great staff."

"Ended up bad experience here because of the kaya kalp spa which spoiled my 25th birthday.
Kaya kalp spa recommended me himalayan mud treatment for my birthday day & it ended up staining my body on my birthday when I asked for brightening. Body color was darker than face. Even therapists hands were stained. They used faulty product on me in my 25th birthday.
I had bathed 6 times, still stains. No warning. No patch tests.
25th is a milestone in life, I wanted to celebrate relaxing staycation...

"I love the hotel and am a repeat guest for over 20 years. The pool is wonderful when the air pollution is not high and the complimentary yoga classes are a great way to start the day. The food in all the restaurants is delicious and I especially enjoy the breakfast buffet. The spa has good service. I am always treated wonderfully by the staff. The old world charm keeps me coming back."

"Booked this hotel through Expedia and overall had a good stay at Taj Palace. The staff throughout the hotel were very welcoming and polite. The property is clean, well maintained and updated as expected from a Taj hotel.
The only disappointing experience was during breakfast at Capital Kitchen. The food was fine, but the service was not well organized. I ordered an omelette which never arrived even after asking twice. Same with the cappuccino, I had to remind them again. This was not expected...
