"The front-desk admin during check in was jovial, personable, good fun to talk with after a long day's motorbike ride. She also told me where I could park my bike to keep it out of the rain. Such consideration is exemplary customer service. To boot, the room was clean, recently appointed, quiet, and bed was comfortable."
