"This hotel was an excellent stay!! Our room was clean with no complicates as far as the room.
Breakfast wasnt the best for me i only liked the juice.
I did set up to have a car service through the hotel and i will say just uber or pay for a different service because when we finally arrived into rome exhausted and tired our driver was not there and we waited additional 36-40mins for him. "Hotel front desk, kitchen staffs are wonderful, we had great 3 night stay. Front desk lady manager who checked us in (I think she is a manager, she told me her name but I couldn't remember now) is very pleasant & helpful, whatever we need or raised concern like we were worried about falling in the bathtub since the tub is a little high for my height, she provided the bathmat right away, which is a peace of mind. "The property is literally steps away from Trevi Fountain. The location is great, however the property is old. It’s a boutique hotel with no elevator. It rained the last day and we were on the top floor and there was a good size leak in the kitchenette area."
