"Location is perfect. Room is small, especially the bathroom. Service is bad at the restaurant, we have to wait 25-30minutes for the tea/coffee during breakfast. On the second day we ended up finishing our quick breakfast without having the tea/coffee as we are leaving/checking out soon."

Additionally, when we called the front desk about other issues, they never picked up the phone. Breakfast - no complaints at all about the food, the room itself is a little cramped. There was outdoor seating available. Lift service good, but the stairwell needs some TLC.
