"So if you are a person who can’t walk far distances let them know straight away when you check in, this place is very large and you may have to walk kinda far. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is clean. We didn’t have any issues with noise. Oh and the breakfast was great, I was hoping for pancakes but they were all out of batter. Great place to stay tons of restaurants nearby and close to all major highways. Oh we will be back."

The room was comfortable, the only complaint was a few things regarding the bathroom: sliding door on the bathroom didn't allow for a lot of privacy, and it was very heavy and loud on the track! There was also zero ventilation in the bathroom, which made it temporarily very humid in our room. Otherwise would recommend!"

"The rooftop restaurant and bar is fabulous. The hotel is clean but very dated. They only provide daily cleaning if you request services. You have to hang a notice on the outside of your door with the things that you would like done checked off, like your ordering lunch at a hospital lol. The day I was going to check out however , they were banging on my door at 9:30. I was very annoyed. I told them I was still there packing up. Then they came and banged on the door again at 11! I couldn't...

"Staff was great and cleanliness was good. However, I had my key “rekeyed” 3 times and it I was not able to open my door with it all weekend. The continental breakfast was ok but not spectacular. The jetted tub was difficult to fill and plug so not ideal after hiking all day."

"Best hotel during our family roadtrip. We stayed here for 3 nights during a hockey tournament and it was AMAZING. THE BEST STAFF, breakfast was amazing, rooms were so clean, the pool and arcade were great too!!!! 100% recommend."

"Very disappointing stay. Not well maintained, the room was not very clean and had an interesting smell, the hot tub’s jets were out of order, and there was a constant smell of marijuana in the hallways and lobby. Will not stay here again."
