"This hotel offered basic value at at the best price for the value in Mountain Home. The room was clean and in good repair. The staff, (led by the owner family) was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty basic, but I expected that for the money. One evening, I asked the manager on duty about the Mexican restaurant next door. She said, "It's the best one in town!" and so it was. The air conditioning worked well and was easily adjustable to my wishes. I would gladly stay there again!"

"Water heater was apparently not working for our room. The staff resolved this very well by moving us by upgrading us to a suite for the rest of our stay."

"The toilet would not flush, room had not been cleaned. The television did not work. We were not offered another room. We didn’t end up staying. We drove back home."

"The cabins at Ember Shoals are brand new and amazing! From quality cookware, plentiful dishes, and luxurious linens, to modern conveniences such as wi-fi, fireplace logs controlled by a wall switch, and a garbage disposal, they are equipped with everything you need! My mother resides in an area nursing home and this was the perfect place for siblings from different states to gather and bring mom in for her birthday. The cabins and RV sites are steps away from the White River’s trout fishing....

"Right on the lower Norfork River and loaded with nice trout right off the bank. Beautiful grounds, very comfortable and safe. We are already planning on going back."

"Yes they welcomed pets but lied and said i partied."

"The resturant was closed."

"Adorable cabin. Had everything we needed. Helpful when had a few questions. "
