"Avoid this hotel at all costs. Where do I begin? When we walked in to check in, no one was at the desk for 5 minutes. Then when we finally got the room, it was dull and dingy. The pool, hot tub and vending machines were all out of order. In our bathroom, no conditioner or soap in the dispensers. Then when we checked out, we had a charge on our hold credit card for $22.81 for “incidentals”. The same guy who checked us in last night was cleaning rooms on our floor when we were to check out. "Room was clean, staff were friendly, waterpark was great! It’s closed during the week, but they will open it for guests. The large slides don’t run during the week, but my boys had a blast having the waterpark to themselves for 2 days! Breakfast was good and the lobby has an excellent seating area! Great location off 94 and near some good restaurants. Our bathtub wasn’t clean but we just dealt with it since it was a short stay. Otherwise we had an excellent stay. "

"I can't tell you how incredibly nice this place is for the price we paid i am impressed. The staff are very friendly and helpful . The pool area is super nice and my granddaughters loved it. They let us have a late check out at no extra cost to me. They rock as far as I'm concerted. Thanks Best west3. The room was clean and large great choice. "Perfect for a three-night stay with our two pets, as a flat fee per stay as opposed to price per night per pet was definitely more economical. Overall for a budget-friendly price, it exceeded expectations. The only negative was the first morning at breakfast, they apparently had left the oatmilk sitting out for who knows how long and it was sour. And the pool was out of service. But I'd go back again.
