"This hotel runs the incidentals as a charge rather than as an authorization. I caught this and called the hotel asking for a refund of the $100 incidentals charge. I was told it should be back in my account within 24 hours. 48 hours later it still isn’t returned. Just called the hotel again and was told it takes 5-10 business days for the refund to take place. "The only issue is their water temperature fluctuates so bad you can have it on ice cold and it’ll turn really really hot or vice versa"

"Room was spaces, we stayed in a room with a king bed and sofa bed."

"This is an older hotel that had been rebranded to Holiday Inn Express, so not the standard aesthetics of an HIEx. However the facility was nice, staff was friendly & breakfast was as expected from HIEx (love those cinnamon buns). My only complaint was I didn’t expect a queen bed instead of a king, and it wasn’t a great mattress."

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options. The room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. "When you walk in, it smells, and it doesn’t smell, clean the attendance the people who give you your room key they’re all nice. The attention was perfect, but that’s the only time that you get any type of attention when you go into the room the room stunk it smelled horrible. I moved past it. I put cologne. "Stay was ok not worth the rate"

"Bed bug, roaches and no ac. Do not stay and the property did not care ."
