"Our first room smelled like mold and actually had physical mold on the sides of the cabinet that contained the refrigerator. I personally cleaned the mold and bought a glade plug in to manage the smell. We set up the plug in and went to dinner. Upon returning from dinner we tried to use the sink to clean up to go to bed. It would not drain due to the drain plug being broken and completely closed. The front deskman came by and did get maintenance to take a look. This was semi effective as...

"The building needs some serious renovation work. Our faucet in the bathroom leaked terribly, we had to use a small trash can under it to collect water. Our room I think used to be a smoking room as it still had a smell that it had been smoked in. I only stayed because it was a game day weekend and rooms are limited, would not stay again"

"Fairly priced and clean. Mostly smiles all around from the hotel team. BUT *giggle* Front desk attendant on day one was quite unique and lacked basic professionalism and manners. I didn’t have any special requests at all, but she made me feel like I was a bother and said some rude things… as she cussed at the football game. lol All I could do was giggle a bit. It wasn’t like I was going to have to deal with her again. But it made me sad that the simple interaction could bring down the business."

"We ended up staying three nights, not once was the room was cleaned. We had to ask for towels every day and then had to go get them from the front desk. The so called breakfast was disgusting everyday. I wanted to French vanilla creamer, which was there on Monday morning. I had to ask for some on Tuesday and Wednesday morning, and they gave me what they wanted me to have, I couldn’t select how much I wanted for my coffee."

"Staff was friendly. But I had reserved a king non smoking on the low level but when I got there in order to get a low level I had to take a smoking room which since I wanted the low level I chose to take it.Room was ok not the cleanest ad the ac leaked but it worked. We left and came back and seen a cockroach. We killed it lol but when we left the second night our room key was deactivated so we had to get it activated again. But we will never stay here again. Hotel ok if its your last resort."

"The hotel’s location is excellent, right off I-85, and the staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, that was about the only positive part of my stay. My overall experience was very disappointing. 1. The hotel feels extremely outdated, almost like stepping back into the 1970s. Even from the outside, there is very little signage, and the property looks poorly maintained. 2. The towels in my room were dirty and looked as though they had already been used and...
