Hotel is close to Duke and we did find a great place to eat. Try Local 22 Kitchen & Bar. Very good restaurant, reasonably priced nice atmosphere. Would have chosen a different hotel if condition was known ahead of time. "

"Our stay was great, the location was convenient, the room was plenty of space, the bed was comfy, the indoor/outdoor pool was exactly what we needed. Will we be back? Absolutely & for no reason at all. We are kind of local, we’ve found out quick friends with kids overnight vacation!"

"I had to contact the front desk twice for the heat not working. They had to send a maintenance person to the room twice. It still continued to not work through the night, the room was very cold. I woke up with a runny nose and coughing."

"Absolute hole in the wall! Nothing like the bright,beautiful pics. Felt bad for the housekeeping girl that she had to deal with this mess. Didn't feel safe and worried my vehicle wouldn't be there or parted out when I woke up in the morning. You'll understand when you pull onto the property and the plexiglass separating the manager from the customer. I actually packed up after my daughter's graduation and drove the 7 hrs home. Dirty, towels smelled, no place to hang any clothes up. Would never...

"Overall, the general condition and staff are fine during our stay. However, the light above the mini bar where is coffee maker is located was out-off order, and still not replaced regardless several repeated inquiries for repair. Basic room service is only upon request. "
