"The staff at casino lively. Hotel is very dirty . I wouldn’t give it a rating of 1. Hallway and room carpets filthy and stained . Not a great experience."

"Pluses: Clean quiet rooms, friendly staff, good underground parking and online checkout. Minuses: Pancake maker never worked, elevator was out of order, breakfast bar needs more coverage to keep clean and stocked. Front desk coverage was minimal."

"The place it’s ok , so so. One thing I didn’t like was that the beds sheets wasn’t change Not once while I was there with my mom. The same sheets for 5 days. Other wise ok just to sleep, bathed and go. Is that what you looking for then go ahead and book. Otherwise don’t expect much. Breakfast it’s continental. Same thing everyday eat it or buy something else outside. Your choice!!!!"

"The property was very well maintained and updated. Staff was excellent. Breakfast delivered to our room was a nice touch. Room was clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was the hot water in the shower and sink never got hot, only luke warm. We notified the staff and they said they would check into it. We didn’t stay long enough to see if corrected and didn’t affect our stay to diminish the five stars given. Great place and highly recommended."

"Questionable room cleaning with poop slid in the toilet and hair in the shower upon arrival. Dog friendly but no waste bag station and dog poop wherever you walked outside on grass. Beds were on rollers but have never been moved and vacuumed/cleaned underneath as evidenced by the amount of stuff under both beds. Low price, low quality. Loud and obnoxious guests all hours of the night. Can go out side doors but no key card entry to get back in which necessitates walking all the way around the...
