"Room was clean and comfortable, with cleaning done daily. But the one day I put out a "Do Not Disturb" sign for part of the morning, the maid skipped my room for the day. The air conditioning did seem loud to me. I did like the shower. TP is chintzy--maybe bring along your own brand. The breakfast leaves a lot to desire--powdered eggs, crinkled sausages, only wrapped apples, but you can find enough food to make a "snack". "The lobby is unimpressive, a bit surprising to be honest. Example, not a lobby I would sit and relax in, very cafeteria like. The elevator sounded like it had had a long hard day, probably needs maintenance. The room was clean, but spartan at best. You might need to bring a small ladder to help you get into the bed, very high mattress, but once you have climbed Mount Everest, the bed was comfortable. My lovely wife, will not stay at another one of these properties for all of the above reasons."

"The rooms were nice and clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast was nice, they had a verity to choose from. There are stores you can shop from. Restaurants to eat at. Close to Franklin and Oil City area."
