"The towels, sheets, mattresses and pillows are new and well maintained. The view from the window in the rooms of the A wing facing the lake is beautiful. The floors were dirty on all the corners of the room and the first room we were offered had the door broken into and it wouldn’t lock. Staff was helpful to immediately relocate us, but for a family with kids already tired from the road, it really bothered me. "This place is a switch and bait. Picture is for the Radisson in the front and the Derby is an old building attached in the back. Nasty looking and old. Do not believe the picture on the internet. I felt dirty and not safe there. One guy was watching us unload the car and made me uncomfortable. Would never recommend or stay there again."
