"The location on the hill is great as we had a room that looked out over the downtown and hills of KY. We really enjoyed our balcony. The room was clean but the entire hotel is VERY dated. The bed was a 7 out of 10 for comfortability but the pillows were not good. Breakfast was average for continental. Our daughter was not feeling well the morning we were supposed to check out and I asked the lady at the desk in the morning if there was a possibility of having 1 extra hour before check out and...

Contactless check-in/check-out was seamless, the room was spotless, parking was available right in front of the building and close to all Madison has to offer. It is similar to a small studio apartment, meaning it does not have a separate bedroom, but is divided by the faux fireplace. "While overall the stay was ok, the breakfast was subpar. Both mornings there was no milk for the cereal, some food was not even ready. Now mind you we were there to have breakfast about 40 minutes after they started but still should have been stocked. Did not even see anyone to say something to. The room was fine but i suggest you go out for breakfast."

I guess I didn’t like how the walls looked which affected how I felt in the room. I didn’t ask for another room because I was only staying one night at the hotel.
