"Beautiful hotel. Hotel restaurant and bar were under staffed. Intentionally booked room with breakfast, only to learn the restaurant was closed for breakfast. Ordering at the Starbucks counter, with noone available in the kitchen to prepare the order, being served in to go containers and eating at tables in the lobby while custodians vacuumed the lobby was unacceptable. To add to the chaos, there was also a gentleman who appeared to be struggling with mental health refusing to leave the lobby."

"Breakfast was terrible... bread and butter, 2 types of cold cereal, no yogurt. No fruit, minimuffins that I am 95% sure the girl put out with ungloved hands...
Milk that was from a gallon jug that was more then 80% gone... not a great feeling not knowing how many other had already touched it, and I was the 1st person that day... skip this place if you are looking for breakfast."

"Clean bed and floor. Shower tiles missing, shower curtain bar on one end loose and coming out of the wall, door to bathroom had a busted out door knob, rendering it useless. Overall rating just okay, but definite signs of going downhill. Front desk workers good - no issues there."
