"Clean and pleasant staff"

"Toilet wouldn't flush, no water, phone out of order. When I checked out and reported issues, staff acknowledged they were aware but still put me in a room with no working water. I asked for manager to contact me but never heard back. Ice machine didn't work either. Would not recommend."

"I was in the breakfast room a few minutes to nine as the breakfast attendant was hurriedly taking down all the food. I asked her if I can make a quick waffle. The answer was no. Not very customer service friendly. Probably would not stay here again. "
