"This property gave all the late checkouts to a visiting sports team and stood on the first come first served BS. Possibly someone who is the Hilton Honors member would need a late checkout and called in the morning. Maybe you should reserve that for someone like that rather than just giving them all to the sports team people think about the rest of the folks staying in your hotel who have been a Hilton Honors member for decades."
