"Dirty"

"The hotel has no elevator so not recommended for family with kids. Breakfast was okay but not a lot of space. Front desk staff who checked us in gave us the best customer service experience but the staff who was dealing with the breakfast was just okay."

Rooms extra clean and modern.Location is very close within walking distance to Applebee Restaurant that is also outstanding or you can drive out of the hotel parking lot and have many other choices of eateries in the area. We highly recommend this Hotel :)"

"When I booked the room I booked King size bed suite. When we got there the room they had reserved was 2 queen size beds. When I asked they said they had been having trouble with booking through 3rd party sites like Expedia. They didn't have any other rooms available. When I spoke to the owner the next morning he also said it was the 3rd party sites that was the issue. I have not had any problems when booking through Expedia before so it seemed like they were placing blame instead of owning...

Upon arrival, the front desk was empty, telling guests to call a number to get someone’s attention. They did have a nice welcome non alcoholic drink and a cool towel. But then the attendant was a bit too enthusiastic with my bag when I told them multiple times I was fine carrying it-then followed me...

"Had trouble when I checked in. The guy there told me he could noy find my reservation. The guy seemed to be upset with life. Got to my room it had a bad smell? Went to the front desk and there were a shift change and an attitude change also. Lucy was full of joy and had a Great attitude with me. She changed the room and kept asking me if she could do anything to help out."

"We stayed 4 nights and the room was never cleaned, beds changed or towels restocked we made our own beds and got our own clean towels from the lobby. The tub had no slip strips. The curtain rod was coming out of the tile, so the curtain kept sliding to the middle of the tub- causing water on the floor or wet floor mats. Friday night was a mess with some patrons causing issues, local police were called, about using a room on the floor we were on. Couldn’t use the pool Saturday night because a...
