"One of the nicest experience, from the moment we walked in the staff was amazing. With not just us but everyone around us. They all made us feel like we were important. The cleanliness is what was not great, they cleaned but there were stains on our sheets and no fan in the bathroom. But they were so nice in putting my sons toys on his bed and cleaning the trash each day. I would highly recommend due to the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. You truly felt taken care of. "The hotel was tired. The happy hour reception was minimal. The tvs did not have all basic channels. We called for a shuttle for one hour and no answer from the front desk or shuttle line. There is no airport shuttle signage for returns back to airport either and they run every half hour on the hour. Breakfast was not up to typical ES standards and the sausage was raw inside. The sink in the bathroom did not drain."

"Honestly, a really dope place to stay. They offer $60 garage parking a night (you can come and go as you please)! The bar is open very late and the drinks are STRONG. The staff were very nice and we had new towels almost every night. You can text staff for help at anytime of the night, which is very convenient! Overall a 10/10. Will visit again."
