"We stayed during the busy summer season. The city was full of energy with Juneteenth and FIFA events. The hotel staff were very helpful, the free coffee and water machines were great and the location was central. The rooms were a bit small and Rittenhouse Square was about 3 blocks away. There is no pool. The rooms were clean and staff friendly. The hotel is on Chestnut which is a straight shot to Old City Philadelphia and most of the tourist attractions."

"Room was very tiny and the bathroom is poorly designed, but useable. The wifi in the room didn’t work, which was frustrating but I was only there for two nights. Staff was very friendly, it has a cute cafe in the bottom with very patient staff. Centrally located which is a perk but not sure the price justified the room size etc. all in all, a fine experience."

"Everything about staying at this property was a nice experience. From valet parking, you go straight to complimentary drinks once you check in. Staff is very helpful with showing you to your room and carrrying your luggage. During the stay all staff is very helpful and accommodating. There is a nice restaurant on site and a lounge in the lobby at night with a bar and a live dj some nights. There’s also a bar at the roof top pool. The views from the room are breathtaking and everything was clean....

"The staff were nice but the room was lacking! Horrible, way too soft mattress, barely any tv channels (dont expect Netflix, YT, etc) and the AC was OLD and LOUD AF. Very dated things going on in the room. No free breakfast, for anyone reading this. Not too bad a location. 3/5 from me and my fiance."

"This is my second stay at this property in two months. The front desk staff was very helpful when I checked in and gave me recommendations for other food options in the area. The staff in the on-site restaurant were friendly as well. Love the central location, parking options, and the views of the water. The only thing I was not too pleased with, was one of the employees in the coffee bar. When we walked in, she did not greet us and did not offer any assistance. I had three interactions...

"Visited and stayed a night for a World Cup game. Very happy and satisfied with how accommodating they were for the big game. Willing to go above and beyond for my comfort. Would recommend this hotel ten fold if asked. Thank you!"

"The room was filled with a strong stale, musty odor that made our stay very uncomfortable. In addition, the bathtub drained very slowly, resulting in poor drainage. Unfortunately, the unpleasant smell permeated the room, and all of our clothes absorbed the odor. This significantly affected our overall experience."
