"There was no way to unload luggage or help from the hotel. No breakfast available. No bar. No minibar. No bottled water (had to fill bottle from a trickle of water from a wall). Room had 1/2 window hidden behind an awkward wall, awful small bathroom, no fridge, no outlets where needed. Room had old furniture, no closet space. Dirty carpets. Very weird: had to take an elevator to the lobby, cross the same to get to an elevator to the room. No valet, public parking garage. All they did was give a...

"Room was very tiny and the bathroom is poorly designed, but useable. The wifi in the room didn’t work, which was frustrating but I was only there for two nights. Staff was very friendly, it has a cute cafe in the bottom with very patient staff. Centrally located which is a perk but not sure the price justified the room size etc. all in all, a fine experience."

"The room was filled with a strong stale, musty odor that made our stay very uncomfortable. In addition, the bathtub drained very slowly, resulting in poor drainage. Unfortunately, the unpleasant smell permeated the room, and all of our clothes absorbed the odor. This significantly affected our overall experience."

"Everything was very clean and the staff was excellent. The room was reasonably provisioned, but tiny. It was barely bigger than the bed. The overall hotel is dated but acceptable. The breakfast was so disappointing. Very overcooked eggs (browned, even!), some sausage, yogurt and bread. Apple juice and orange juice. I have had substantially better continental breakfasts at MUCH cheaper hotels. Location was amazing and it was during the World Cup, so the price is understandable, but at that price...
