"Rooms are always clean, beds are comfy, we have used the bar and outside patio area. And enjoy the breakfast in the morning. The breakfast is not sit down restaurant style of breakfast , which we didn’t expect it to be, but it gets the job done and they always have a few good options. We have stayed there over a handful of times when we come to Lawrence to visit our son in college."

"I called more than 24 hour advance notice and got to the hotel still 24 hour advance trying to cancel the 2nd night and they wouldn't let me and kid blamed it on Expedia"

"We picked this location because it was so close to university of Kansas and it was only three minutes away. The employee at the front door was a great representative of the area. Very friendly, nice and helpful. Rooms were clean. We didn’t swim, but it was a nice area. We used the gym and there was a lot of good equipment. Typical but good continental breakfast. If my child goes to this college, we will definitely be staying here again."

"Looked like they started to renovate then stopped once the floor was finished. The safe did not work, the dryer was riddled with hair and dust, the sink and tub were very very old and needed replacing. There were roaches in the room as well. I couldn’t check out of there fast enough. Also, be careful during the evening.. there were random people just hanging out outside and the overall feel of the place is just sketchy. Don’t come here, pay the extra to go somewhere else that is safer and...

"The property was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very courteous. There was a lot of construction behind the property, and some construction noise early in the morning. The bathroom door was a sliding door that had a big gap & did not provide privacy. The door was also scarred at the bottom & needed repair & paint. An area on the bathroom wall had been repaired, but not painted. "

"The property is lovely and spacious. Six of us stayed four nights very comfortably. We had a little snag at check in bc the keypad didn’t recognize my log in number and there was a bit of a panic when I couldn’t reach the guest contact. Once we got that straightened out, everything was fine."
