"We had a great time!"

"Clean rooms, hot breakfast options were good, reasonable price for a great property"

"A very old property...room was sparsely decorated...shower flooded the floor ...only 2 towels in the room and called front desk for 1 more and never received,I had to hunt down the housekeeping to get one.On my way walking around many many of the rooms look like they are being renovated because there was debris on the floors and paint chipped all over.Room was directly across from bar and heard people hollering and laughing very late. The inside lobby and breakfast area are cute but I would never...

"Room was clean, restaurant on site was great and the location next to the airport was very helpful."

"The room was clean for the most part but could definitely use a deep clean on the walls , carpet and highly touched areas. It was nice that parking is close and included. Having breakfast included is always a big plus! Water in the room would be ideal. The prices in Buffalo the weekend I went were ridiculous but overall a pleasant stay and glad I went!"

"Friendly staff, comfortable clean room. Airport Shuttle is shared with 3 hotels but it is very nice and runs 24 hours a day."

"Cet hotel a définitivement besoin d'être fermé et rénové au complet, portes coulissantes de l'entrée du lobby sales, beaucoup de choses brisé, concernant notre chambre, plancher collant et sale, miroirs salle de bain sale, bain sale, frigidaire sale intérieur et extérieur, pôle de rideau croche, fenêtre extérieure ne ferme plus"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and inviting. The hallways looked worn but were clean. My bathroom had mold all along the bottom of the shower and the wall on the outside of the shower. Thankfully I had shower shoes with me. This was a surprise to me as the last time I stayed there, I did not have the same issue. I am not sure I would consider staying there on my next trip."

"This is very unique stay in Buffalo. It is located within walking distance two The Burchfield Penny Art Center and the Buffalo AKG. The historic context of this building was fascinating, and the room was very comfortable. A great stay!"

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but people deserve to know what they're booking. Finding the hotel was frustrating from the start. There is almost no signage, the lighting leading to the property is poor, and because it's tucked between two apartment complexes, we genuinely weren't sure we had even arrived at a hotel. The main sign out front is broken or missing, which only adds to the confusion. Once inside, things only got worse. Our room was dirty, the sheets were stained, the ceiling had...

"Cockroaches in the bathroom and very loud at night."

"Staff was extremely helpful when my arrival was delayed - I could not check in until 11pm. Property was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Will plan to stay at Buffalo Guesthouse for future trips. Go Bills."
