"Property seems to be under renovation and needs upgrades. Staff was nice and friendly. Outside doors on the side of building not locked or secured. Room smelt like cigarettes, probably from years ago."

"The pool is in the inner courtyard and closes at 10 PM. Our room overlooked the pool and was very noisy. Try to get an outside facing room."

"Breakfast was the typical food lineup. Staff was accommodating, as we had a late checkin due to flight delays and there were not much frills when we got there past midnight. Second night, person on-desk was not welcoming though, looking and sounding rude like he was fed up of what he was doing. The room (for 3) was spacious, beautiful, and clean. The bathroom was the most exceptional being large enough and cozy."

"They overbooked and were lucky we got a room but we saw them turn booked customers away and block up the reception saying, “no staff on duty.” So we had to fetch our own toiletries and kettle from the housekeeping cart. The room had nothing in it and no staff was there to help us. No room service. Terrible unhelpful staff."

"They gave us a room, but when we went to enter, the room was a complete mess. Other people had slept there first, and it hadn't been cleaned. The hallways weren't cleaned, and there was trash everywhere. It smelled like cigarettes everywhere. Only good they had hot water to shower."

"The breakfast was great! Loved the eggs and home fries and yogurt machine. Aaron, a lead for that area, was so nice and friendly! Every morning asking my sister and I how we were doing. Obviously hard working and wanting the best experience for guests. A real asset. The guys that drove the shuttle were also very nice and picked us up quickly. The front desk staff were also welcoming and friendly. Will be definitely be staying here whenever I visit Buffalo."

"We always stay at aloft Cincinnati Dubai and now in Buffalo it was always a very comfortable stay Beds and pillows were very comfortable An iron in the room would have been nice But otherwise 5/5 stars"
