"Staff treated us as if we were bothering them. The hallways were loud, no staff addressed that. Beds uncomfortable. Carpets were not clean in halls or our room. We also asked for clean towels at 8am when we left the hotel only to return later at nearly 4pm with no clean towels to use. We had to wait for staff to handle this which took some of our precious vacation time away from us. No apology for the clean towel issue, only excuses. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. "Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. The pastries were stale. There was little variety, and to choose from elevators are too dark and need to be brightened up. I can hardly read the number buttons because it is so dark in the elevators. Also, it would help to get rid of the fake plants in the rooms"
