"Wonderfully clean and comfortable!"

"We stayed in a king bedroom unit. It was more than generous in size. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice. It was easy off and on to the highway. The pet fee was reasonable too. It looked recently updated. The tile floor in the entryway of the room didn't look the cleanest. Looked like the mop water was dirty. But overall it was good and we'll stay again."

"Clean Rooms, i had made reservation 1 week in advance, n i had to tell the owners Son 3 x i have a reservation, but he didnt see it or ignored it , you gotta watch them they will stick it to u if possible"

"Clean room nice breakfast"

"In Room 319, there is some kind of fan that rattled loudly. We were there for 3 nights, no sleep either night. Outside security lights were impossible to block, room was very lit up. Very noisy. After 2 nights, we were offered another room, however, as we were walking out the door to attend the event we travelled for, the Manager(?) said we had to change rooms right then. We couldn't or we would have missed the event. When we returned, we were told the problems had been corrected and that a...

"Amazing historic building in a district full of historic buildings and walkable attractions."

"Very nice house in a nice neighborhood, spacious home environmental, felt more that at home there,"

"Property is beautiful. Mansion in the historic area of New Albany. Just be prepared for stairs, but it is worth it!"

"Amy was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. She even left pancakes w/syrup for breakfast and pasta w/sauce in case we didn’t have time to go to the store! It’s the small things that really stick out such as leaving a bowl of snacks, a few beers in the fridge, a bottle of wine, fully stocked medicine cabinet in case you forgot something. She even put food and water out for the dog along with toys and a blanket! We loved being there and it was such a beautiful...

"Our room was in the west wing & I was surprised by the condition of the room. It looked dingy & just old. No amenities were in the bathrooms. I ask for 2 blankets for the beds & about 15 mins later they did bring us blankets. Very nice staff but not sure I would stay there again. The parking was horrible!! Everything I read about where to park was incorrect. We wanted to park inside the garage connected to the hotel & we’re aware the price was $30 but we were able to find parking for $25 inside...

"Nice location"

"Location was very walkable to downtown sites and attractions; breakfast area was very clean the food was satisfying. In my opinion when a hotel room is booked parking should be included, even in a downtown setting. parking garage was $22.00 daily and parking lot was $19.00 daily."
