"I went on vacation to Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta for a weekend. I arrived on Friday and was told that there was an event going on in the hotel and it would be noisy from 9:00-10:00am. Unfortunately, I must have stayed on the floor where most of the people from that event were staying. It was noisy on my floor and I could hear from the connecting door in my room , loud talking and hallway doors slamming till about 12:30 am . Then I would be waking up at 6:00 am by the same noise and commotion....

"Staff is extremely rude, and will not do anything out of their way to help you. The room wasn’t ready until 1 1/2 hours after check in. The front desk was in no hurry to make sure we got the room we reserved. They tried to put us in a double queen instead of a king and told us we could wait if we didn’t want that. No apology, no urgency to get anything done. Just 20 customers in the lobby watching them do nothing. Punk staff with bad attitudes. Do not recommend. "

"Overall, we had a good stay, as usual. This has become our go-to getaway spot, and I noticed many other guests seemed to feel the same way. My only feedback is that it would be nice if the rooms included a couch or sitting area instead of only the bed. The hotel also does not have a pool, which isn’t a major issue, but it would have been a nice added amenity. Lastly, the door closest to the parking lot locks around 9 or 10 p.m., even when using a room key. There are signs posted indicating...

"The hotel was very clean & pretty, staff was also extremely nice, however once I got to my room it was extremely noisy, the walls are paper thin and some of the appliances were not working. You also have to pay for overnight parking or valet. Overall it was okay but not at all worth over $500/night for a single room."
