Looks like they tried to reduce electric bill by shutting off air conditioning and in Florida, mold and mildew took over. We have stayed here multiple times and the property Has gone down hill this last year. "

A person answered the phone number after repeated calls and said someone would be on their way. That was a half hour ago and I'm finally having to leave to go find somewhere to sleep. However there was a slight mix-up with our room class but it was late when we arrived and just took that room for the night and the staff corrected the issue the following morning. The A/C was a little wonky but it worked well. The rooms were clean. The bed was, for the most part, comfortable but didn't care for the 18"x18" bed pillows. The breakfast let a lot to be desired.
