The pictures showed and total different set up including bunk beds and a full bath and kitchen which were not in the actual cabin when we arrived. The pond that’s in the background was not anywhere near the cabin they put us in. The cabin you see on Expedia is not what you actually stay in. "

"So the parking was a bit hard to find because it was down a side alleyway. When we got inside, none of the beds had sheets on them and the linens in the dryer were still a bit damp. I texted the host but got no response. There was brown stains on the memory foam mat in the kitchen and spider webs in the bathroom that we had to clean. Charged for resort fee (twice) only stayed one night, late fall everything is really not active in the resort so why the fee, restaurant charged $30 for a glass of Chardonnay when there were other options that were never offered by the bartender."

"The room was never cleaned. There was fecal matter on the toilet. And live and dead roaches on the floor, shower and refrigerator. I went immediately to office to complain and ask for another room. Per A Richard Patel ( female ) she told me they were booked and she can come and clean the room later. I told her if that is your way of cleaning no thanks, so she gave me a bunch of cleaning products and I cleaned myself. Slept with lights on because of the roaches and left the next morning. "We felt like we were treated like royalty. Owners couldn't have done any more to make us feel welcome. And the breakfasts delivered to our room were superb. First class experience all around. Highly recommended. "
