"Had noise issues that were not handled properly by front desk. Made reservation with Expedia. Front desk checked me in and later called to say that they needed info from my credit card for incidentals. When I checked out Sunday, September 13, my receipt showed a different price than what I had paid Expedia. The hotel used deception when they stated the reason for requesting my card and charged me for a hotel stay in addition to what I had paid Expedia. Tried to get the additional amount...
