"Ok"

"I truly enjoyed my stay here. I am a local so this was a "staycation" and it was great. The room was spacious and the amenities were the cherry on top. Having access to two restaurants, an indoor pool and an attached, covered, parking garage all add to my great experience. This hotel is definitely kid and adult friendly. I will for sure be back for another "staycation"."

"Overall, fairly good, but they need to provide more clarity upfront at check-in, that they expect you to be in the breakfast room by 10 at the very latest. You shouldn't have to find out that 10:30 really means 10:00."

"The property itself is stunning. There is a huge lake outside of the hotel that in normal circumstances would give you an amazing view. However, in my case, I booked and paid for an upgraded room with a FULL lake view. Unfortunately, when I went to check-in, I was told that there was a concert in town and the hotel was overbooked. My room was on the 3rd floor and there was a giant tree that fully blocked our view of the lake. When I asked if anything could be done, I was told no, because of the...

"Breakfast options were great! They had turkey sausage and that’s a plus for none pork eaters."

"Breakfast menu was very good, different things every morning. Very fresh, good quality items. The decor is a bit dated, but it seemed clean. They did have trouble in the lobby with the roof leaking during a rainstorm, there were buckets and trash cans out to catch the water."

"Refrigerator didn't work in room, stains on bedspread and rugs in room and all hallways, but most important never anyone at front desk to help."
