"The hotel was clean and maintained well. Hotel rooms were very nice and included full fridge, microwave, stove, etc. It had a feel of an apartment style hotel. We were provided with good customer service. Only suggestion is to sanitize/deodorize hotel elevator. It has an unpleasant odor in there."

"The rooms were very clean, beds were super comfy. Hotel was very nice. Things I didn't like: they only offered pay breakfast. Expensive pay breakfast at that. As much as the rooms are, I wish they included breakfast. In the room, the bathroom door doesn't offer a lot of privacy. It's a sliding barn style door so it doesn't fully close. "This hotel is outdated. The rooms are hard to keep clean bc of normal wear and tear. The sheets don’t even fit the king beds. So each morning I woke with part of the bed exposed. Location is what attracts folks to this property but it is challenging to say the least. We experienced down elevators, broken gates in the parking garage and bubbling toilets and every time we turned on the faucets there was a grumbling loud noise. "I'm a Hilton Honors member but I didn't get any points or discounts because I used a third party to book. I didn't know that would happen!!! The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right."

From the first shuttle driver to the gal that has 2 sons all were cheerful and very friendly and professional. We truly enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this hotel with these staff members. Diane the hotel representative is so kind, special, and accommodating. The housekeepers will also accommodating. The added bonus here is security at night and it’s affordable. Love the beautiful pictures of Baltimore and all across MD in our room."
