"Stayed on third floor people above us on fourth floor were running and jumping sounded like they were going through the ceiling called front desk but it still continued till 11 pm"

"Overall good location and size for our needs. Our room had to be re-cleaned. The sheets were used. But management had it checked and re-done. I suggest they get better beds.. they are very uncomfortable but they have great for parking as well. I give it overall a 3 ⭐️"

"I’m always nervous with a pet friendly hotel but this place was 1000% on point catering to our Pubp in every way. The room smelled so clean. He couldn’t even tell it was a pet room. There was an extra dog bed in doggy bowl. The front desk gave her a little girl a great bone and the room was very spacious. I would definitely go back again."

"The rooms were absolutely disgusting, I felt like bugs were crawling on me anytime I was in the room. The doors and and ceiling are coming apart from the walls. The AC units haven't been cleaned in YEARS. I had to clean my AC filters to get the unit to work. It was caked with dirt and dust. The Parking lot had alot of nails, screws and broken glass all over, you"

"Wonderful staff, area is great to get in and out for food with lots of choices. The building itself could use some renovations and maintenance. Loose tiles in the lobby that grate the sides of other tiles when walking, pools could be cleaned a bit more. Definitely wasn’t daily. Doors were finicky, I had to lift the handle on my door before using my keycard or wouldn’t recognize the handle was in default position."

"Disappointed in my stay here. Was woken up multiple times throughout the night due to some kind of water pipe issue in the corner of our room. Staff was of no help and had no sympathy. Air Conditioning unit in the room was awful. Set to 68 yet woke up sweating. Staff also advertised the continental breakfast to us on our arrival and when we went to enjoy it in the morning, we were told we “weren’t on the list”. $200/night for no breakfast and a crappy night’s sleep.
