"Clean room but not ready when we got there. Waterpark not the cleanliness and the hot tub was like a Luke warm bath"

We were disappointed that we rented a room there specifically to use the hot tub after a stressful work week & couldn't even use it, as there was a birthday party full of kids in there most of the night. Other than not being able to use the hot tub, the room was clean, bed was comfortable & staff was friendly. Would still stay again"
