"Very nice property but it starts to feel like you getting nickled and dimed after awhile. You have to pay $20 a day to park and if you need to reprint a parking pass they want to charged you for that too and i just dont loke that when i paid so much just to stay there but other then that i enjoyed my time there"

"They put us in a room with a broken toilet that they had gerry-rigged with a string. You couldn’t flush the commode. When we asked to change rooms they argued with us at first. "This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The dining area had roaches crawling around, which was completely unacceptable and disgusting. The pool was ice cold with no heat working at all, making it unusable. The room itself was in terrible condition — broken drawers, ripped curtains, and it looked poorly maintained overall. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke even though the hotel advertises itself as non-smoking. To make matters worse, the so-called “free breakfast” was basically...

"Very nice. We were late arrival and there was poor communication concerning that, when we arrived there was a key left for us but no internet code. We did have a bottle of wine with our room purchase and it was iced down! Slept well and the room was clean and comfortable."

"Clean cabin and nice staff members. I didn't like that we didn't have the pillows and the comforters ( but got informed about it before the trip ). Our cabin was by the railway so it was super loud, I couldn't sleep. The bathroom is not connected to the cabin ( and I also knew about it before coming to the place).
