"Loved the look and overall feel of the environment. Great amenities, great food, huge parking lot and nice shopping and spa. Seems to fit well for families, couples and a simple retreat. Not very far from the city and golf course was lovely."

The complimentary breakfast was good. hot pancakes and eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy all cooked. self serve breakfast included cereal and oatmeal. coffee, milk and juice. the pool was nice, unfortunately, the hot tub was not working at the time. we were about 5 miles away from downtown Traverse City. there were a lot of restaurants that were close by."

"Rooms were disgusting. The floor was pillowy and damp. One of the lights did not work and there were no updated outlets on the desk to charge anything. We checked in late so I didn't get to see the condition of the linens...some had stains on them like they hadn't been washed. Would NOT recommend."

"This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again."

"I'm going to be chatting with Expedia since I had the most miserable night. The Inn was temporarily closed when I got there around midnight and no one told me!! There were no hotels with rooms available near me, so after my 1.5 hour drive at night, I had to drive another 1.5 hours to get the only remaining hotel room I could find, and it was way out of my budget but I was stranded. I will be asking Expedia for not only a refund of my non-existent stay here, but for the hotel I actually stayed...

"The condo checked all our boxes: small beachfront walk, grocery store & nice restaurant nearby, parking convenient & bed was fabulous. My spouse wanted to say that grab bars in the shower should be installed & non-slip tub mat available. I also like instructions on how to make TV easier to operate. Thanks."
