"The staff was always nice and quick to say hello. The property is beautiful and inviting. The room was clean and updated. You'll find anything you want in the building as well, whether it be electric bike rentals, clothing, or multiple food/drink options."

"We stay here every year on the wat to see my Daughter. Last year we felt that the property was badly in need of repairs and almost didnt come back. This year they have gone through a remodel and we were thoroughly impressed. New decor totally, simple & rustic, new TVs, bathrooms remodeled also and updated. Very impressive. "Overall, the room was fine and did it's job for our time in Traverse City. It was nice, clean and I liked the setup of the room. The breakfast was decent and the coffee was better than most hotels. That being said, my first day there one of the maid staff was yelling and causing a ruckus to the point I thought she was going to up and quit. "Another good Holiday Inn Express, it’s on the outskirts of town but the the driving to the restaurants / bars / attractions is super easy….. breakfast is also very good 👍"

"Pool and whirlpool had many kids in them and they were both dirty."

"We loved being right on the water. The campfire was a nice touch too. We made smores, enjoyed the view and even got to bring our furry 4 legged friend along for the adventure. 10/10 would recommend again."

"it’s such a beautiful property. I was only able to stop over one night on my way from Michigan to New York, but I’d love to go back someday and see more of it."

"You get what you pay for. This is budget hotel. Very affordable. It's not the Four Seasons. However, I'd stay there again. It's not a great place, but it's affordable. I felt it was clean enough and safe."

"I really liked staying there, and would definitely stay again!"

"We only stayed overnight but the place was Fantastic!! The area waa quiet but easy to get into downtown Grayling. The grounds were Beautiful too. Wish we were staying longer. I would highly recommend."

"The property was cute and fun. We had some difficulty getting inside with the directions and the way they were written. Also, the drains smelled when water was ran through the sinks or shower. Other than that it was a great place and a great location."

"Very clean and very well kept. The owners take pride in these facilities.!!"
