"Bathroom floors were dirty and sticky. Room was supposed to have blackout curtains…room had sun shining through the windows at 5:30AM. Awful!! Manager was very rude and said they knew the curtain wasn’t there/damaged and have a curtain on order - sorry that’s unacceptable for someone to stay in the room!! Never would stay there again."

"We travel a lot: usually staying at low/mid grade hotels(generally $100-150ish). Based on the reviews and cost of surrounding hotels- that’s what we thought this was but we will never stay here again. This is not just an outdated hotel - it’s old run down hotel that’s not being kept up well. There are holes and stains on blankets, worn down & stained furniture, poorly patched holes everywhere, the fire alarm off its brakets,etc. HOWEVER the sheets were clean and the mini fridge/freezer worked...

"It is strictly a place to sleep, if you plan to stay here and use the gym and pool, I regret to inform you that this is not the right place, as those facilities are practically unusable. The surroundings are not very presentable, and the rooms have a bad odor."

"After a late night arrival, room had the dreaded double whammy: broken tv , and the shower didn’t drain. My husband & his friend couldn’t get any money back because I’d booked it for them through Expedia. And my husband said there was a wasted woman negotiating her talents in the lobby. (Condoms only apparently). Yikes. Expedia and Hampton Inn - you both disappoint me."
