"My flight got cancelled and Evardo the manager refused to cancel my room. We have stayed there 5 times at least and will not be returning. The property has gone downhill and they clearly need the business and capitalize on uncontrollable situations. "

"The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and professional, the jetted tub in the room was great. The only issue me and my husband had was the noise of other guest you could hear a lot people walking down the hall later night and at the pool past 9pm. It was hard to get sleep with all the noise and we could also hear the guest next door throughout the night and early morning walking around and talking. Maybe because our room was across the pool door the noise was extra loud but...

"Very little water pressure & i mean very little!!! No wash rags in the room at all. There was a hole in the fitted sheet my toe got caught in.. ouch!! But for the most part the room was clean, smelled clean and to be as crowded as it was it was quiet. Staff was super friendly"

"Habitaciones amplias, camas muy cómodas, y todo limpio, las habitaciones tienen su mini refrigerador, horno de microondas y cafetera, hay un clóset de muy buen tamaño con su plancha y burro. El Agua tiene muy buena presión y siempre hay agua caliente…. Nos hospedamos tres noches y descasamos muy bien porque a demás de la comodidad, la habiataea a prueba de ruidos externos. El único punto a mejorar creo es el desayuno ya que no vuelven a poner las cosas que se van terminando, de hecho un día...
