"How can you expect kids or customers to sleep on bloody sheets with urine and blood on mattresses and not refund our money when we immediately left after checking in. There was nothing nice, clean or good about this property. We checked in late close to 10pm. When we walked in the room there was a horrendous smell, with red stains all over the carpet and it felt dirty. I took pictures of everything because it was unreal. "The entire hotel is under renovation. The lobby was filthy and all the furniture was stacked in the corner and under tarps. The elevator was missing the ceiling tiles and the breakfast room was under full renovation. When I booked the room the description of the property said continental breakfast, but the staff said there was no breakfast. I was also told that I would not be given a discount or refund. Additionally, there was no refrigerator, or hairdryer in the room."

"Nice people at front desk"

"The room was as clean as it could be. There were no bugs. A/C worked well. The woman at the front desk was fantastic! Parking was fine. The pillows were better than more expensive places I've stayed. I do think they need to dilute the bleach (or whatever they use) they wash the bedding in. I was experiencing various skin reactions, and the smell affected my breathing when I laid on my side."

"Management company is a nightmare. You have to do secondary verification to rent it. They us lively. I was not impressed at all. My company will not be staying at these properties again. Inside of the house is functional. Bathroom is abou 6 ft wide setting on the toilet your face is in the sink. Outside of the house is dilapidated. "
