"Staff was unfriendly, room was minimally supplied, and breakfast was not well supplied."

"How can you expect kids or customers to sleep on bloody sheets with urine and blood on mattresses and not refund our money when we immediately left after checking in. There was nothing nice, clean or good about this property. We checked in late close to 10pm. "Amenities was limited 9pm Amenities were shut down and also there were dogs in the hotel staff said they were animimal friendly which I disagree pitfalls in the building around families and small children, not recommended for a family visit, not everyone likes to be around dogs, the, are unpredictable, could bite someone, I most likely will not stay at a animal friendly place like Drury inns..."

"Room smelled horrible like mold and cat pee. Staff then tried to spray room with febreeze Then we were moved to another room later in day which was better but still had mold smell 😞"

"We stayed on night. The room was clean. It was also very quiet. The carpets in the halls and our room needs to be cleaned or replaced. The property unfortunately was not well kept. We were traveling with dogs and had to be very cautious on where we took them for pottt breaks. There were some lose tiles when using the stairwell. These are very minor complaints, but I feel the owner needs to give this property a bit of TLC. It is not living up to the Comfort Inn Standards."

"The bed was broken in our room and made huge noises, the shampoo/conditioner/body soap in shower did not work properly and was broken. The restaurants said open but then sat us then we had to order at the bar. We have stayed there in 2023 but this was a terrible stay and we will not go back to this property."
