"Liked beds and Bathroom. Had issue with TV which was resolved. Air conditioner was blowing cool even when set at 78 degrees. Turned down to HEAT and had a good night."

"The gentleman was very pleasant who checked us in. Unfortunately, our room was filthy. I am traveling for business and had to book again for the following week, and am disappointed because I can't change my reservation because I booked online through Expedia. I can cancel but won't be able to get a refund. Very disappointing."
