The staff was incredibly helpful, coordinating the deliveries with me so that the packages were already in my room upon arrival! Unfortunately, the postal carrier marked a few items as "delivered" when they actually hadn't arrived yet. "Pictures are very deceiving. The pool was much smaller than pictured, had a film on top of it and smelled. I would not let our kids go in it. The mini fridge had mold in it, sheets had stains, the bathroom had hair in it. We ended up just leaving and checking into a Hampton inn down the road. I’m not even that picky and have never left a hotel before but this one was awful."

"Overall good experience but shower door was not functioning well, the place was very hot at the time we entered and took a day to cool down, lastly the valet is not efficient as you may have a place to be at a certain time but it can take up to 10 mins to get your car if there is only one person working. Those are points of improvement but good stay and nice area!"
