"My room did not have a blow dryer. The television was very small and required two separate controls. Breakfast left much to be desired. There were cobwebs in the stair wells. While the rooms appeared to be recently renovated the exterior needs a lot of work."

"Took 30 minutes to check in . Door would not unlock After being on hold and a call back the staff was informed by manager our specific room needs a physical key . Had to what for someone to bring it . Not able to smoke in parking lot unless 25 feet away from building. Plastic bag covering the smoke detector. Message states to place your garbage outside to assist . Room very dusty"

"We could see Lake Superior from the upstairs balcony. Linens were clean. Bathroom toilet seat was very crooked. Tub had a lot of old dirt and mildew along the seams. The desk chair was very loose jointed and we were concerned it would fail, dropping the sitter to the floor. The carpet floor made our bare feet black and dirty. Overall the location was nice but attention to cleanliness is needed."

I encountered a front desk staff by the name of Hannah, went above and beyond making sure our family with a special needs child could check in a bit early, was so helpful in getting us into a room that met our needs and was satisfactory to our family, she was awesome, thank you."

"One of our favorite hotels in Marquette! The staff are always super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is clean and quiet, and our room was comfortable. The only thing I noticed was that the beds are starting to get a little older. Other than that, everything was great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Very easy contactless check-in. The place has been recently remodeled with all new furniture, carpeting, woodwork, and bathroom fixture. I was not expecting daily housekeeping, so when I returned to my room, it was an excellent surprise. Clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient and enjoyable. I will definitely stay again the next time I am in town."
