"My room in front of the building was very noisey during the night due to the semi trucks drive by all night. Otherwise the view was nice during the day."

"Such a beautifully restored Inn with all the charm and details from 1912! The two of the three clawfoot tubs have been retrofitted with shower adaptors so you can still get that nice clean feeling after a long day of travel or touring. The family staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. I needed a place to stay while visiting family in the neighboring city, I am unable to stay with family due to severe pet allergies, so I am so glad McCleary Inn was available for me to call home for a...

"The place is very nice and exactly like the pictures. Bed was just a little uncomfortable for us, but other than that a great place to stay."

"1 coffee mug in queen room and 3 pillows. Weird. Needs updated no USB ports I had my plugin with me. 2 towels. Room was clean. Heater fan was loud and a little difficult to figure out. Got it after a few tries lol. Fridge has a freezer which is nice."

"Only real option for us in Elma. Was clean, but needs serious updating. Front desk was nice."

"The room was clean with nice decor. They had a fun retro vibe with a Victoria record player and records to play. There is a Blondies restaurant next door for meals out. "The room is clean, but it has a musty smell. The bath towels are stained, and there was poor communication. I was supposed to get email 24 hours in advance to check in, but I didn’t, so I had to call the host. Thankfully, she replied promptly. Other than that, the room is quiet, and the price is reasonable."

"It was perfect for what my family and I needed."

"The place was really beautiful, loved the house, and the animal decor. "

"Beautiful location, beautiful house-super quiet friendly island with a great public (for thr island residents) beach where we saw Orcas! This property does not have its own beach access which i misunderstood but its a quick walk down or an easy drive. Felt very safe and a great retreat!"

"It was an amazing stay! A perfect place to unwind and visit with family. It is such a cute and comfortable place I was so sad to have to leave. Very clean with kitchen stocked with pots, pans coffee maker, etc. All you need to bring are the groceries! The beds are amazingly comfortable and my husband fell asleep without the need for a sleep aid, which says a lot. The air is crisp and clean, the nights are completely dark as you are nestled between the beautifully high trees of the rain...
