"This was a place to land, but not the best option. Location was fine, but Meeker is tiny so that's not hard. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the smell. It smelled so strong of Fabulous cleaner. But after walking on the floor (hard surface, not carpet) we realized they didn't use the cleaner to clean. The floors were extremely dirty. We think they poured the cleaner down the drains to mask the slightly musty smell. For someone who is sensitive to fragrance this...

"Starting to look rundown. The bathroom sink was mostly clogged and the toilet didn’t want to flush"

"Beautiful location at the start (or end) of Flat Tops scenic byway! So quiet and peaceful. We slept in Sage Hill with windows open to the cool breeze. Note that Sage Hill has a bed in the loft and you climb a ladder to get to it. There's also a twin size bed in a little nook. Restaurants and groceries are nearby in Meeker. Great staff."

"This was a very clean property with very nice staff. I’ve stayed at Hampton Inns before and they are one of my top picks. I would recommend this hotel to everyone."

"The freezer didn’t work and the tv didn’t work either. Very inconvenient room with lots of steps and ramps."

"It was a very bad experience everything was dirty in the room and maintenance painting all hours of the night"

"The shower head attachment was broken, causing lots of water collecting. Almost fell stepping out. Could not find important news and football games on the TV"
