"The first room we were given was awful!! Room #106 SMH! My Sister went to the desk and told how upset I was with the room. The door had apparently been kicked in prior to our stay and the repair was pitiful! The door still had a chunk out of it. The room had a strong musty smell! The bedspread had definitely seen better days. However the desk clerk (Spencer)absolutely fixed us right up with a tour of some other rooms and we found one that was much better! "The staff was great! Especially Miss Sonya❤️. You could definitely tell it was a remodel of an older hotel and the air con was not properly regulated in the hallways and elevators. The elevators also creaked very loudly and it was somewhat concerning. The cookies were delicious as always."
