"Price was okay, about 20 min drive to Knoebel's. Microwave and mini refrigerator was convenient. No in room hair dryer. Unfortunately smelled like an old ashtray, in a non-smoking room."

"Great place to stop after a long day on the road. My bed and restroom were clean and comfortable. Small breakfast was included. The owner is a cool dude. He is attentive to his guests and staff. While having breakfast I witnessed how he was listening to his front desk staff member. Rarely do you ever get to meet someone who demonstrates care for his employees concerns. Shook hands with him on my way out. If I am ever again in Mifflinville I'll stop here again."

"Room was spacious but was completely trashed on check in. Staff blamed a 'new system' was handled promptly but communication while bringing the issue to the staff was bafflingly poor. Management left me waiting in the lobby while they went to check the issue but didn't really explain what they were doing just walked away from me. "Fairfield is a beautiful hotel, especially when compared to others in its class. The long rooms are spacious with large walk in showers. Our bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and dark. Complimentary breakfast Sunday morning was good. There were ham, veggie and cheese frittatas along with turkey or pork sausage, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, lots of condiments and the usual waffle, bagels, muffin and cereal assortment. Coffee is good and you can get tea in the evening, really nice...
