"We were very disappointed with our stay. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the advertised view of Monument Valley, but our room did not have the view shown in the listing. Additionally, we were unable to use the pool because it was closed during our stay. For $377 for a single night, we expected a much better experience. The room and overall stay simply did not provide the value we were promised or the value we paid for. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed, especially...

"- Listing stated that check in time is at 4 PM when we got there @4 pm , the office was closed for the day and we did not have any chick in instructions ."

"Breakfast was just carbs, bagels, cereal and waffles. Fancy coffee machine that will give you a vanilla latte or mocha and of course regular black coffee. Had to change room due to the tv not working. Our new room only had luke warm shower water, couldn't get it hot. Front desk help was very nice and as helpful as could be."

"Breakfast was yogurt, cereal, milk, muffins. Very limited. Room was clean, smelled good and shower was nice, tub was deep. Gym had the basics, clean as well. Parking was not too bad. Everyone cleared up in the morning so I was able to move my car in front of my room. Got to check in late, around 12am."

"Booked property specifically as a pay at check in which is very common for us when we travel. They charged my card the night before which was not the one I was planning to use. When we arrived, attendant was rude and said we'll its a holiday weekend so they run all the cards ahead of time. My thought...hmmm false advertising...then... Got to property to check in and it was 20 minutes before 3pm. We were told there is an early check in fee of $35... so we left and came back at 3 to a long line...
