"Mattress was hard, sheets rough, towels stained, shower dirty. Bad location on noisy road. They lock the lobby to keep homeless out, saw them tell one to leave when he tried to get through locked doors. The free breakfast was worthless, no coffee and practically out of food by 7AM. "

I immediately contacted the front desk to report the issue, but I was told no one could clean the bathroom until the next morning. No alternative room, upgrade, compensation, or refund was offered. The lack of cleanliness and customer service made this an extremely disappointing experience."
