The door for the in-room fridge was warped on the bottom and did not close properly, so I propped an ottoman against it to keep it shut and cold. Danielle at the front desk checked me in and was most helpful in addressing the room concerns...

"The front desk staff was not engaging, on their phones while checking in customers. Main hallway and elevators were dirty as well as the bathtub."

"Outstanding!"
