"Our stay at Super 8 was great! Reasonably priced and hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Good location to many places especially the Syracuse Discovery Mall. Person greeting us at arrival was personable and professional. Check in and out was quick. Room was a nice size and nicely decorated. Breakfast was ok for a free one. Coffee was ok bit a little weak. I would definitely come to this hotel again. "

"We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. It is under renovation and this was not on their listing. The first floor halls and elevators were dirty and where the renovations were taking place. The second floor was closed for renovations as well. Our room was nice however there were bare foot prints in the bathroom and black hair on the back of the toilet and the taps were not wiped down so makes me uncomfortable what else was not cleaned.
