We got to the room where there were had marks everywhere. My daughter picked up and almost ate candy that was left on the floor before we got there. I tried to look past all of that until I opened the window to look outside where I saw 2 Rats running around."

We had to wait close to an hour (and two phone calls later) for sheets and pillows to be brought up first night at 11:00."

"There was a very nice secluded view of New York on the 44th floor, overall the area in view and feeling of the hotel was amazing. However, the water was expensive in the common area. The cookie given at the beginning of our state was hard."

"We only stayed here a night and I would 100% stay here again in the future. The location is extremely convenient to a local bagel shop, coffee, and there’s a restaurant downstairs as well. You can easily walk to so many places and it just made our stay in New York City so wonderful. We stayed in a room that had two beds with the four of us, and I will say the beds are smaller and it was tight but totally doable and we were extremely happy with our decision to stay here."

"The toilet stopped working twice in our room, and our phone in the room did not work so I had to use our own phone to try and reach the front desk to get service for our toilet. The biggest light in the room did not work either."

"I recently stayed at the Arlo SoHo and overall had a great experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stylish atmosphere and several great amenities. I especially loved the speakeasy, the on-site restaurants, and the additional outdoor seating areas, which created a great vibe for relaxing or meeting friends. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. Being in SoHo made it easy to explore the neighborhood and access other parts of the city. There were a few areas of the hotel...

"The hotel is clean, if a bit dated. The staff are nice, and the free bottled water & coffee are much appreciated perks. The property is very well located near the subway, close to unique food & drink, and adjacent to SoHo. (Note: Guests on lower floors might be bothered by traffic noise, so see if higher floors have availability)"
